This document governs the professional engagement between Turkey Insight Partners and our clients. By navigating this platform or utilizing our business intelligence and KPI monitoring expertise, you acknowledge and agree to these localized and international standards.
Scope of Services
Understanding the boundary between professional consulting and software utilization is vital for a successful analytics transformation.
What constitutes "The Service"?
The Service includes all digital content, advisory reports, analytics systems architecture, and kpi monitoring frameworks provided by Turkey Insight Partners. These terms apply to both the public-facing platform and the private client portals we maintain for data visualization delivery.
How is data accuracy managed?
While we pride ourselves on precision, our business intelligence solutions depend on the quality of raw data provided by your organization's ERP, CRM, or legacy databases. Turkey Insight Partners is not liable for insights derived from fundamentally flawed or incomplete client-side data sets.
Are the systems permanent?
Access to specific analytics systems is granted per the duration of your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update framework versions to ensure compliance with evolving Turkish data regulations and global security standards.
Software, proprietary algorithms, and visualization templates remain the property of Turkey Insight Partners.
Raw business data and final custom executive reports are the exclusive property of the client.
Intellectual Property &
Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated in a specific Master Service Agreement (MSA), all proprietary methodology, KPI libraries, and code snippets used in our analytics systems are protected by copyright laws in the Republic of Turkey and international treaties.
Clients are granted a non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the dashboards and reports generated during the engagement for internal business purposes only. Redistributing our proprietary frameworks to third-party consultants or competitors is strictly prohibited without written consent.

Our Commitment
We ensure that the analytics systems provided are built on industry-standard logic and verified mathematical models. We commit to maintaining 99.5% uptime for hosted dashboard environments and providing security patches for all deployed KPI monitoring tools.
Client Obligation
The client is responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and the integrity of data pipelines feeding into the BI platform. Turkey Insight Partners is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from weak internal password policies.
Limitation of Liability
Turkey Insight Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including loss of profits or business opportunity—arising from decisions made based on data visualizations or reports. All insights are advisory in nature.
External Systems
Our services often integrate with third-party providers (SQL servers, Cloud platforms). We cannot be held liable for outages, data breaches, or performance degradation caused by these external utility providers.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these terms or our consulting services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Istanbul Central Courts
The courts and execution offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings initiated between the parties.
Notice of Modification
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the email address on file or a prominent notice on our homepage. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
